Biography
Ms. Robinson is a dynamic HR executive consistently selected to build, transform and lead high-performing organizations. She is passionate about talent management, organizational and employee development, communications, and change management. She is an exceptional relationship builder with an approachable style and ability to influence complex organizations. Ms. Robinson has strong experience in all facets of HR, yielding full-cycle capability from vision and strategy to development and execution.
Ms. Robinson was most recently the CHRO and Chief Talent Officer for the YMCA of the North Shore, a $50 million not-for-profit social services organization employing more than 2,000 full time, part time and seasonal employees. In this role, she was responsible for all Human Resources, Organizational Design, and Talent Development activities. She has also worked for Cabot Corporation in a variety of leadership positions such as: Head of Global Talent Management, Director of Human Resources for the global carbon black business, Director of Global HR Shared Services (including compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, international assignments and relocation), HR Manager for a 350-person scientific site, Investor Relations Officer, Director of Corporate Communications, and Global Business Analyst. She brings a unique understanding of the impact of human resources on business and financial performance due to her previous experience with investors and boards.
Ms. Robinson is also an adjunct professor for Northeastern University’s Human Resources master’s program in the College of Professional Studies. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma international business honorary society and has earned an advanced certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Ms. Robinson has an SPHR certification and has served on the non-profit boards of both Harborlight Community Partners and Salem State University. She has presented at numerous management training seminars as well as at both in-person and virtual executive human resources conferences.
